The room is big. We stayed in a loft with an ocean theme. The mattress is moderately soft and the pillows are comfortable to sleep on. The kids like to climb and it's fun inside. The theme park project is OK, enough for a whole day. If you come here for 2 days, the time may not be enough because there are three themes: hot springs, amusement park, and water park. The buffet we had was just okay~ The Cantonese cuisine in the amusement park is quite affordable and the products are good.

The hotel is very new and decorated in a parent-child friendly way. The whole house is controlled by Xiaodu smart control, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, the weather was bad and some activities were not available. In addition, I think it can be improved to prepare cotton slippers for children, and the service of the staff is a little cold compared to other hotels of the same level~

The hotel environment is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the balcony is equipped with a hot spring, and the breakfast is rich and varied. Xiaoying's service is very good, and she solves various problems quickly and promptly. The playground is right next to it, and there is a park shuttle bus. You can go to the hot spring and the park with your room card. Going to the park also gives you game money. It is a good place for parent-child travel!

The hotel is very new, the duplex room is very large, the whole park is very clean and comfortable, the staff are warm and polite, especially Minzhen and Lanying in the hot spring area. I plan to go again after the water world is built.

The rooms are quite large, the living room and backyard are also large, and there is a swing on the first and second floors. The service requests during the period were responded to quickly, and the hot springs were also good. There is a lot of room for play, I will come again next time

In order to let them have fun, we booked a slide room for two consecutive nights. The room was enough for them to play for two days, no problem! But I don’t know where the hygiene problem is. My eldest daughter started vomiting in the middle of the second night. I initially suspected that there was a problem with the hotel buffet dinner, because we decided to try the hotel buffet dinner on the second night. We had no problems before eating. The buffet dinner was not much and messy. I wouldn’t say anything about this. I wouldn’t have high requirements for these hotel buffets, but I didn’t expect that there would be problems with the hygiene of the ingredients! After eating that night, I felt cold and had diarrhea. My eldest daughter had a stomachache and vomited in the middle of the night. I gave her the medicine I prepared to relieve it. She vomited again in the morning and couldn’t eat anything. We checked out and went home yesterday. I didn’t feel like eating lunch. After I got home, my second sister had diarrhea and vomited at night! There was no way. Both of them went to our local emergency room that night. The doctor said gastroenteritis! The symptoms and blood test indexes were the same. It was really dizzy! I’m not saying so much to do anything, but as a parent-child hotel, your main service target is children, and the hygiene issues should be the most strict!
