The hotel is quite nice. At the reception is met English speaking staff, it’s simplified communication very much. The hot spring on the balcony was very cozy and comfortable 👍

別墅羣的設計很方正，也很大氣，就是有些年月了，整體還是維護得不錯的早餐：酒店裡麪的早餐品種豐富，味道還是不錯的，水果也新鮮温泉：提供基礎服務，有水和一些熱飲，衞生不錯，親子遊樂設施也可以，人不多，玩得比較輕鬆

房間新，設施齊全，我們定的主樓，泡温泉玩水就在一樓進去，温泉池和小童遊玩池都不錯，大人小孩玩水泡温泉都不亦樂乎，停車也方便，很大的一個度假村，好多老廣在裏面泡温泉，就是周邊的美食一般，不太適合我們的口味

房間衞生等到3點多搞完還是很多頭髮在地板上。每天衹有一池温泉水，加温泉水200一池。安保人員毫無禮貌，欠了他錢一樣，不想上班就不要上。沒什麼説的，完全不值800多，還不如去住民宿。

訂了主樓帶泡池的雙人大床房，床有2米寬，很舒服。房間夠大，沖涼房乾濕分離，乾淨衞生。泡池要刷卡進水，每間房衹有1500ml的水量，夠一池水，如果不介意池水深度，也可以分兩次使用。個人更喜歡户外泡池，泡池多，池子大，水温夠，我們晚上和第二天早上都去公共池泡，那裡的服務員服務也比較到位。但這裏的早餐出品一般般，除了明檔的生滾粥和拉腸、麪之外，其他的就不説了，但量夠管飽。總得來説，這裡是值得二刷的地方。

衞生體驗：衞生很差很差！真的好差！！第一：床上有好幾條上一手客户留下的頭髮，我沒有説，自己撿走了！！第二：洗手間地面有兩小點墨綠色殘留的青菜，不知道是不是客户昨天吐了阿姨沒消毒沖洗乾淨，我也沒有反應上去，就自己沖洗乾淨了就算了！第三：睡覺的時候發現床腳怎麼有東西刺腳，居然有上一手客户留下來的葯🤣才向前台反應！如果衞生床單有換新的，即使客户留下東西也可以被處理乾淨，所以我覺得我住這個房間的床有幾條頭髮和葯，那麼我認為之前客户睡了之後搞衞生的阿姨沒有換床單不是很正常嗎？！！！反應衞生問題事後前台處理：前台叫了阿姨過來換新床單之後，送來了幾個蘋果！温泉體驗：我是帶長輩過來體驗的，都説温泉放的水太淺了，泡起來沒什麼水，不夠深度！！部分不夠熱這個可能因為剛剛立冬緣故吧！環境體驗：我們都是環境吸引過來，環境整體還好的。
