We arrived quite early and the team made an early check in possible, which was very convenient for us. The room was absolutely clean und is well equipped, the bed is comfy and the bathroom ist really nice. All ameneties we could ask for! Great location, great room and a super fair price. We will come again!

What a find! Just 1 minute walk to shops, bars, restaurants and beach yet it's quiet inside the bedroom for a perfect nights sleep. Breakfast is delicious. Lovely friendly hosts. We took years to find the perfect place in follonica but now we discovered Sleep we only sleep here! We stay almost every month and have done so for the past 5 years or so will definitely return. Our no 1 choice for the tuscan coast. Friendly owners and rooms so clean and fresh you could eat the delicious breakfast off of the floor! 100% recommended. Do not go stay anywhere else!

Sleep is a wonderful find! Centrally located, spacious rooms...quality fixtures and fittings AND spotlessly clean! All in all great value. We cant recommend this b&b enough. Delicious breakfast too. The Yankees bar and restaurant next door is also well worth a visit and very convenient. We stay here reguarly and can't wait to return.

10/10 on every level. Friendly owners. Spotlessly clean. Stylishly decorated. Delicious breakfast. Easy parking. Easy access to the centre. Best baron follonica downstairs at Yankees. This is our fifth stay here after trying out many hotels in the town. This is by far and away the best experience and exceptional value with a wonderful atmosphere and feel good factor every single stay.The owner has got running a B&b down to a fine art. We will return and 100% recommend sleep for the perfect night.

Ho trascorso 2 notti in questa struttura a pochi passi dal centro e dalle spiagge. Camere nuove e pulitissime, letti molto comodi e colazione da effettuare in un bar pasticceria non distante. Ottima comunicazione con il gestore della struttura, disponibile posto auto riservato sotto la struttura (molto comodo); prezzi ragionevoli. Al piano terra è presente un pub (aperto solo la sera) che offre cocktails e cibo di ottima qualità. Esperienza molto positiva. Consiglio vivamente!

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt sehr Hilfsbereit Sehr sauber, Zentrale Lage des B&B. Freundliches Reinigungspersonal Bei Bedarf werden gute Hinweise und Erfahrungswerte gegeben. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt eine sehr gutes B&B. Gute Zusammenarbeit mit einem netten Bistro, auch dort sehr freundliches Personal.

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni, B&B Sleep davvero eccellente... 😉 trovati benissimo... 😃 ottima colazione al bar Spinetti, camera pulita, attrezzata di ogni comfort, macchinetta del caffè, wifi, netflix, cassaforte, aria condizionata, phone e stiro, letto e cuscini comodissimi, splendida terrazza con letto esterno, c'è davvero tutto... comodissimo a due passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Follonica, accoglienza, gentilezza e disponibilità ringraziamo e abbracciamo fortemente la gestrice Antonella 😊 simpatica disponibile e attenta, a saputo soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza... esperienza sicuramente da ripetere... consigliato. A presto... Sleep 🙋🏻♂️💗💗💗
