整體酒店環境還可以，前台人員服務意識有待提高。距離市區較遠，大部分是來度假或休閑，建議給全家出遊的這類客户羣體準備些小童拖鞋，牙具等等讓人舒心暖心的細節提升服務。晚上讓給酒店房間送水，一個小時都沒人來。後來打電話催促，一男性員工不耐煩的説，“酒店又不是給你一家人服務”。我想説，我衹是讓給房間送兩瓶水，是有多麼大的服務難度？因為沒有員工幹活嗎？早餐種類一般般。酒店較遠，現在新能源車越來越多，建議可以配套幾個哪怕是慢充的充電樁，對於很多客户也會覺得很便捷和貼心

第二次入住，西安的高温天氣，逃離城市計劃。酒店人不多，這次選擇的是下沉房，很涼快，很安靜。早餐因為人少，沒有開自助，一人一份的套餐，份量充足，花樣也不少，很不錯。

酒店坐落在山腰上，非常安靜！適合放空發呆，外面是過道平台，天氣涼爽的時候在外面喝茶倒也安逸！服務挺好的，有求必應！早餐普通，能吃飽！停車場很大，停車方便！性價比還是不錯的！

非常幽靜的地方，帶着孩子長者路過，選擇了這裏，房子寬敞明亮，乾淨舒適，還帶有朝向山裡的露台，瞬間給人放空心靜的感覺。早餐帶有當地特色的熱米皮，菜豆腐等，將當地特色充分展現，特別值得推薦的酒店。

很詭異的地方：前台電話8888，但是當你按了8888，聽筒裏傳出“你撥打的是9999”，於是你以為你撥錯了，嘗試9999，7777，都不對，完全找不到8888。其實是它故意的，就是不讓你撥前台！同行的人説，就是這樣，他們也聽到的説9999，但多等一會兒，多試幾次，前台就接電話了。
這啥意思呢？？？？？？
晚上，同行的人要一瓶水，前台一小時後還未送到，打電話問還要多久，因為想休息了，不知道什麼時候可以送到。前台居然非常生氣地吵，説又不是給你一個人服務……噼裏啪啦一頓，把我們朋友罵得很無語。真是很奇怪，這到底是什麼地方？服務都差到這樣了！
早餐衹到九點。去了幾乎沒啥了，不過有個服務員還可以，給我從裏面打了幾碗熱米皮。但確實沒什麼可吃的。烤麪包片，但是沒有黃油，沒有果醬花生醬，衹有番茄醬。真是……烤麪包啊！哦，烤麪包機壞的，得手動一直按着，麪包片還被對半切開，sooooo 小。
這家除了硬件還可以、要配置沒配置，要服務沒服務、問前台咱這裡有啥好？説離高速路口近。lj
