Very dirty. There are stains on the shower floor and toilet. The sheets are scratchy and the beds are thin/hard. The walls are paper thin. The desk lady was very nice.

Great property with pets. We always stay at La Quinta when traveling with our 3 dogs. Clean, safe, and the staff is always top notch!

Didn’t have water hot enough for my shower! Dirty and cracked tile and shower enclosure! Super hot inside I should have opened the window to let it cool off! I’m done with LaQuinta this was their last chance!

Property is currently under renovation. For some reason my room smelled like sewer gas and bleach.
Not sure what the interior designer was going for, but if it was stark and unappealing, cold looking, he/she nailed it. Kind of institutional or maybe prison like.

The toilet in our room ran after flushing - loud enough to keep us awake at night. The pipe with the water "sang" and banged while water was running. We could only get it to stop by removing the top of the tank and pulling up the float. We didn't discover this problem until well after the maintenance guys were gone for the day. Since my hubby had an upset stomach, he was in the bathroom multiple times during the night. We did not get a good night's sleep due to plumbing problems that night. There was also mold or mildew growing on the walls in the bathtub/shower area.
Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable. We had stayed there a few years ago with no problem, so we were disappointed. We did not stay for breakfast - left for home quite tired.

The elevator was temporarily out of order when we checked in and my husband is unable to climb a lot of stairs, so the desk attendant changed our room from the 4th floor to the ground floor for our convenience. It was greatly appreciated.

Not recommended for anyone in the travels that Hass to keep ice for their medication they do not offer freezer in the room or on the facilities that you can access
