Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti e sin da subito abbiamo riscontrato problematiche. Entrati nella camera, situata su una discesa molto ripida, abbiamo notato scarsa igiene e pulizia sia per quanto riguarda il bagno (in particolare il water che si presentava giallo), sia per quanto riguarda polvere e capelli in camera, sul letto e sui comodini. Le lenzuola così come le asciugamani non erano per niente pulite, si presentavano infatti macchiate e consumate. Il phone era rotto, all’accensione si sentiva puzza di bruciato, e solo dopo numerosi richiami, è stato riparato.
Per quanto riguarda la colazione, si presenta scarsa e la qualità del cibo scadente.
Il personale non è qualificato così come le donne delle pulizie.
Piscine con acqua verdastra.
Esperienza orrenda.
Non so come abbiano 3 stelle, e non so nemmeno se definirlo un hotel.

Really bad for a 3-star hotel. Dirty bathroom and room. No remote control for AC, phone was broken so no direct contact with the reception. It looks it was a good hotel in the beginning of 00’s but now is just disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend it. Not worthy for the money spent.

The reception was very bad! Neither friendly nor professional staff. The waiters were very kind but the reception was listless and unprepared, so much so as not to show us the services of the structure and even less the rooms. The hotel is absolutely not as it appears in the photos, in reality it is old and dirty. Upon our arrival (standard room) we found the air conditioner not working, stained sheets and towels, shower not working (or only hot or only cold), bidet not present in the room. We paid for a standard room but received an economy (if not worse) without the possibility of changing because there are no other rooms available. The only positive note is the strategic position of the hotel which allows you to easily reach the most beautiful places and beaches of Ischia. Not quality breakfast, just sweet! Coffee only made from barley .. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

good quality-price hotel ... a little dated as a structure room with perfect sea view, but the toilet seat did not stay up, breakfast only one croissant. but staff always available to satisfy you, excellent for teen agers for them there are some good entertainers....

Personale gentilissimo posto magnifico e si mangia benissimo. Che dire tutto ottimo persino le piscine pulitissime e con acqua calda al punto giusto. La camera era piccola ma c'era tutto persino un terrazzo con stenditoio per costumi e accappatoi.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana coccolati dal personale del Castiglione Village. Ambiente pulito, piscina esterna con acqua calda, cibo squisito, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Abbiamo goduto del paesaggio stupendo di Ischia muovendoci con gli autobus locali.

La mia recensione NEGATIVA è solo sulla prenotazione. Facevo parte di un gruppo, la cui vacanza era programmata per Dicembre. Ma avendo il problema della CELIACHIA il Direttore dell'Albergo mi ha confermato che sarei dovuta partire con i prodotti in borsa (Pasta, biscotti e pane) nella valigia, dal momento che NON ME LI POTEVA ACQUISTARE, dato che, avendo già suo personale a disposizione per questo tipo di problema (quali la cucina) , non poteva andare oltre. Quando ho fatto notare che per i biscotti ed il pane non c'era ULTERIORE LAVORO da parte del personale, DATO CHE NON VANNO CUCINATI, essendosi contraddetto e dovendo mantenere le sue parole, mi ha risposto che doveva seguire la politica dell'albergo, me li dovevo portare, inoltre ha commentato con le seguenti parole "il mio è un albergo e non una farmacia". Io sono CELIACA DA ANNI ed essere trattati così è particolarmente OFFENSIVO ED UMILIANTE, in particolar modo QUANDO SI E' RIFERITO ALLA NON FARMACIA - E' LA PRIMA VOLTA CHE MI ACCADE - Per lui perdere due clienti non è nulla, ma gli altri devono sapere con quale soggetto avranno a che fare per qualsiasi problema si possa presentare nel soggiorno-

Concordo con le altre recensioni sulla posizione ottima e i servizi buoni, simpatia del personale e ottime piscine calde di acqua termale, sono in disaccordo con la pulizia, stanza mai spolverata e se è stato passato lo straccio in terra è stato fatto con acqua sporca. L'esterno della struttura, vialetti scale spazi ricreativi sempre puliti. Cena e colazione direi appena sufficienti, ma x il prezzo pagato ci sta.
