We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Cala Saona. The breakfast was excellent, and both the bar and the restaurant offered great service and tasty dishes. The location is lovely, with a beautiful beach and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is well-maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. One small downside: the “room with garden view” didn’t quite live up to its name — the actual view was mainly of the parking area and some bins above. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of when booking. Overall, a great hotel in a wonderful setting. Would definitely recommend, with just a small note of caution on the room view.

We chose this hotel for the proximity to the sea, and it did not disappoint! We heard the waves at night from the bed. Breakfast is delicious and with lots of choice, good coffee. The service at the spa desk, and some of the breakfast staff, are too relaxed for what you pay. Beds are too hard but pillows nice. The cleanliness is super, the food at the bar good, the view fabulous.

The Hotel is lovely so far we know from friends. We live in Alicante and come over once/ twice a year just for a day visit and have lunch at the Saona Restaurant. This year: Restaurant was not well visited: 5 tables! We waited 10 minutes, nothing. Question es the Service for cleaning the table and some drinks; answer: do you have a reservation? No! No service for another 5 minutes. Questioned the “supervisor”! I will no repeat his answer! Shame on you! Reported this to the reception and left! Never ever again and will definitely not recommend to friends anymore!

Absolutely perfect sunset location - the beachfront location is beautiful. Lovely chilled out hotel which never felt busy - service was great. Worth upgrading for beach view for sure….the rooms are simple but nicely done although on the small side so have to be clever with large suitcase storage.

The property is in a very exclusive spot. As soon as you walk into the hotel an amazing view of the beach. The room was cold the staff was really nice. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our days here! Terrific location, nice terrace, super yummy restaurant, great spa and everyone is super nice.
Breakfast and lunch are totally worth it, as well as booking a treatment in the spa. Sunsets in the terrace and easy access to Cala Saona are amazing. Only cons I would say is that rooms would benefit from an upgrade.
Will definitely go back!
