Candlewood Suites FT. LAUDERDALE AIRPORT/CRUISE by IHG

Absolute nightmare! My wife and daughter stayed at Fortezza for 10 days. The room was never cleaned, sheets were never changed, and basic items like towels were unavailable. Both the fridge and dishwasher were leaking water continuously. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude and arrogant. Save your money and stay away!

Everything was spot on as always. I really enjoy staying here before my cruise. Love the free tea and coffee 24 hours a day. They arranged a shuttle to the port too

Great amenities and service. Convenient shuttle to and from the airport.

Due to my physical limitations and immobility, I needed the accessibility room and Arlene was most helpful assigning me the room! Mateo, Danielle & Karyl are all part of my pleasant stay. They are warmth, caring and friendly. Their Five Stars Services from the Heart could at any day, anytime, stand toe to toe with any 5 Stars Hoteliers! They are truly an asset to the Hospitality Industry. Please do award them some form of accolades. Thank you. Eric.

Hotel Manager was rude and condescending. Kept giving me the contemptuous glare for no apparent reason!? Keifer the night staff refused me service when I called but he hung up on me telling me that he will call me back but never! Due to my physical limitations and immobility, I reserved and paid for the wheelchair accessible room but was given the smallest and noisiest standard room instead. The constant opening and slamming of the doors by the night shift was ludicrous and preposterous! No apologies not even a kind word, just silence. Am I that insignificant? I seriously Do Not Recommend this place. A very disturbing place indeed.

The hotel was very nice. We were surprised at how nice the room was. It was like a small apartment or efficiency to our surprise. The only thing missing was free breakfast of some sort. The snacks vending is 3rd party owned and the prices are ridiculously high. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent.

The room was very nice, space and the set up was nice. The table didnt seem it was clean properly, room smelled like humidity, on my departure Morning there was a little bug in the sink, not sure what it was, other than that it was an okay stay.
