La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ft Lauderdale Cypress Cr

The pool was not open (huge disappointment). Traveling with kids, needed the pool.. I should be reimbursed for not having a functioning pool. The bathroom has no where to hold anything in the shower. Not enough pillows on the beds.

The Location was great.The room was very clean but needs a little renovation. Check in quick.Brkfast was okay.

There is absolutely no method, after over 60 nights I have spent at this hotel over the last 16 months, for keeping track of the luggage racks, and no attempt by management to simply track them. There are 4 floors in this hotel, in a classic square hallways design, so rooms can be pretty far from the parking lot doors, and luggage carts are very important. The management cavalier attitude about their non- return for hours and overnights, or even all day, being inside the rooms of people who used them and don't return them, is regrettable, and downright lousy management. I'm tired of it. Never again.

This hotel was filthy and overrun with extended stay people who basically live at the hotel. I did not feel safe and left the hotel without staying even one night.

This hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. We arrived very late but had no problems checking in. I would stay here again if I were in the area.

100% satisfied with this specific hotel and I highly recommend. Stenior was very professional and friendly!

I never used the pool, but it looked nice and clean. Room wasnt anything fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. Location was great. In the middle of alot of attractions. Would definitely stay there again.
