Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale

We love staying at The Four Seasons in Orlando. The hotel, amenities and staff are amazing.

We had an excellent stay and even held our wedding ceremony on the property- it was a beautiful location for photos! We dined at both on-site restaurants, and we were especially blown away by the food and service at MAASS. The caviar and chips were incredible, and we couldn’t get enough of the fresh tuna. Overall, both the service and food were outstanding, and we will definitely stay again.

Everything was four seasons quality as far as facilities and location and food but the service could use some work. Beach staff closed the beach at noon due to internal miscommunication and we missed out on a beach day where other hotels on the ***** had beach service. The hotel staff don’t know which restaurants are open for lunch or not which created confusion for us and we ended up just going across the street to eat at a hotel. The room wasn’t cleaned one day, the expectation is to come to a cleaned room automatically without having to request service. Just minor service mishaps but would stay again.

Staff are excellent Pool area a bit congested/small No A/C the first 2 night was remedied We stayed in a city facing room a litlle loud with spring breakers Overall FS goes above and beyond to eceptional service to its guest

Lobby, valet, and room cleaning service were top shelf. All of our requests to support our infant child were met wonderfully. Room was very spacious and clean.
