The pool could use a good cleaning. Full of leaves and infested with ants A little disappointed. The pool area seems to be forgotten. The gazebo area was roped off unable to use. Not what we are used to seeing at a Hilton

Shuttle going back to the airport was only 1 per hour. So I had to spend for a ride.

Convenient, comfortable stay at this Hampton. Great location to visit family and lots nearby for shopping and eating. 20-30 minutes to downtown and beaches. We had one small maintenance issue with shower head, it was fixed right away with no further issues. Nice breakfast and all day coffee available.

We were very pleased with our stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Hotel was in a good location.
The only negative we had was no shower pressure in our room and we couldn’t check in until 3:30 because room was not ready.

Called in advance to request of room can be ready by 1 and note was added for me but when I arrived it took an hour and half. Shower wasnt checked or possibly cleaned properly prior to our stay as the drain clogged and water didn’t drain so it was nasty to shower but notified the staff upon leaving. Unfortunately they didn’t off any discounts on the stay for the inconvenience or try to make up for the issue. If they did I wouldve rated the stay higher rating for providing nice customer service.

Do not stay here , needs major renovations and cleaning. The staff were efficient and polite, however, nothing was solved. The breakfast was sub par at best , I had to make sure I was still in a Hampton and not a red roof, as that was the quality of breakfast items that were served . They had whole almonds for sad looking oatmeal , no potatoes, no sugar free items of any kind. One tea bag which I actually had to ask for in a cup that leaked . The door lock was old and brittle it barely closed right and the air conditioner didn’t stay on . Do not be fooled , this is not Hampton inn quality.
