Pets are a health risk in shared spaces so this is non negotiable. If your pet damages anything more than the deposit you’ll pay for any damages. As far as hvac goes guests are allowed to utilize the hvac system within reason and must communicate with me by text to make adjustments.We provide two rolls of toilet paper and two towels per room and one roll of paper towels anything after that is the guests responsibility.
