The room was spacious and the reception lady was cheerful. The location is good and near the town.

The mattress of sofa bed is sinking and uncomfortable, not ideally for sleep. Room is quite big for family. No cooking oil and salt, pepper is avaible within room.

When I got to the hotel, I was asked to pay a little bit more than what was advised by trip.com, but every penny was worth it! Location is great, staff are very friendly and welcoming, the room was absolutely fantastic, and the full Scottish breakfast was generous and tasty. The only disappointment was I couldn't get a bath because the bathtub obturating plug didn't work properly. However, the overall experience was good. Thank you!

Not value for money

The hotel was newly renovated, and the room I originally booked was converted into two separate rooms due to the renovation. Parking was very convenient, and the hotel staff were very welcoming, helping with my luggage to my room. There was also a nice coffee shop on the first floor. Everything was excellent.

The service was very attentive, the location was great, and you could easily access Ben Nevis from the doorstep. The facilities, however, were rather outdated.

It's a pretty good hotel for a small town, but the restaurant is a bit slow to serve food; we had to wait a while for breakfast and dinner. Other than that, the environment and cleanliness are quite good. I recommend it.

We booked a suite with a sofa bed, which was perfect for friends traveling together or a family of three. The hotel is near the A82 highway and easy to find. They provide capsule coffee, which is nice. The street view is quite pleasant.

The only way to get to and from the Isle of Skye, but the hotel cups weren't very clean.

The bed is too small. Breakfast is also not an option.

The room facilities are poor, there is no elevator, the corridor is narrow, you have to carry your luggage yourself when going up and down; the service is indifferent; the breakfast is expensive; not recommended

Overall, it was okay. The room was quite big, but the facilities were a bit old. It was inconvenient to drag my luggage up and down the stairs as there was no elevator. The food was good, breakfast and dinner were eaten at the hotel
