Check-in and check-out were very friendly! They gave me my room when I arrived at 6 AM, which was a real pleasure after a long journey! The receptionists also gave me lots of recommendations for lunch, dinner, and activities to do in the area. Very much appreciated! I had booked an accessible room. The room is spacious, and as for the bed, I think it's probably the same as in other rooms. However, the bathroom is quite impractical. The sink, which is very small, doesn't really allow you to put your toiletries down, and it's also very, very low. Big downside regarding the cleanliness... I found hair in the shower and dust on the floors. That's a shame! The à la carte breakfast was okay, nothing special. But the staff were very friendly!

Decent, nothing special. The location isn't great, and it's quite difficult to get a taxi.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively old. Service: The front desk service was okay, but I was overcharged. Environment: The room had an overpowering air freshener scent, and there was noise from the surroundings. Hygiene: Average. I stayed here for one night before flying back home, but I wouldn't consider it again.

The hotel's facilities are excellent, especially the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The pool is great; although a bit small, it's very well maintained overall.

Overall, it was acceptable.
