Tired and grubby We've stayed there before. This time not good. Stains on the carpet in the room. A TV remote so sticky I couldn't bring myself to use it. And an ottoman with the "pleather" deteriorating in chunks.

I left my debit card there and I as told it wasn’t found and the lady was a little rude about it

I had to be switched to 3 different rooms, and my best choice out of those rooms was to have a dead pigeon and 3 live pigeons a foot away from my window surrounding it, wondering why it stopped moving. The water was luke warm, so not hot showers or baths. The hot tub was also luke warm. The staff said they "forgot" to turn on the heat that day, but it never got better in the days. One of the rooms, had an unmade bed, another room had the hair dryer pulled out of the wall.. The area seemed sketchy, but was fine. I wanted a refund a couple hours after i got there, but was refused. The next day, hotel prices went up a lot (i should have got one sooner), so i was stuck at this hotel. It was a very poor experience to have at a hotel i thought would be decent.
