Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and professional, answering all my questions. They even gave me a gift when I checked out, which was a lovely touch!👍👍 Environment: The location is super convenient, with the subway right at the entrance, making it easy to get to all the attractions. The soundproofing in the hotel is also excellent. Cleanliness: Everything was clean and tidy, with no strange odors. Facilities: The decor is exquisite, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the hot water is instant.

The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the subway station and very close to Qinghui Garden, which is within walking distance. I contacted the hotel in advance to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, and they helped decorate the room and even received gifts sent to me. Upon check-in, they offered honey water, and basically, all our requests were met. In the evening, there's complimentary supper with porridge and snacks. The hotel also has a free gym and offers free laundry service, including drying and delivery to the room, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are relatively new and clean. The room was very quiet for sleeping, with excellent soundproofing and blackout curtains, plus electric blinds. The bedding was very comfortable. However, there are a few downsides: the room we stayed in was on the second floor, and the window overlooked an empty building space with no view. It also faced directly into other rooms, allowing us to see inside. The public restroom on the first floor had an odor, and cleanliness needs improvement. Also, the projector's sound quality was poor. Overall, it's a standard 4-star experience, but the price is a bit high, making the value for money just average.

This hotel is brand new and super convenient. You can spot the huge Atour Hotel right across the street as soon as you exit the subway station. Shunfeng Mountain Park is just a short walk inside, and on our first night, we explored Jinbang Street and more – there's just so much delicious food around! The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and enthusiastic; they checked us in warmly and helped with our luggage, treating us just like any other guest, even though it was our first stay. Downstairs, there’s a library, and a small but well-equipped gym and laundry room (with dryers), which is a must-have in South China, especially when traveling with kids and seniors. The room facilities are also excellent. As soon as we entered, my child exclaimed how nice it smelled and how much they loved it. My parents found the pillows very comfortable, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, plus a smart toilet that the kids absolutely adored. Although there isn't a bathtub, which the kids usually like, the room is very spacious, and the floors are spotless, making it very comfortable for families. I bought breakfast through Xianyu, and it was absolutely worth it! While the variety isn't as extensive as luxury hotels like Hyatt or Marriott, it's very clean and comprehensive. The staff were exceptionally kind; they didn't rush the kids to eat and even recommended their specialty bamboo noodles and double-skin milk pudding. You can also grab a coffee cup to take away coffee or other snacks after your meal – both my parents and child were very satisfied. My only minor gripes are that the faucet at the sink sprays water everywhere when turned on, often soaking the kids' clothes when they brush their teeth. Also, the bathroom could use another outlet, as sometimes the kids go to bed early, and adults might want to dry their hair without making too much noise. Overall, staying here in Shunde is highly recommended.

Great location, only a 5-minute walk to Qinghui Garden. There are tons of amazing food options nearby, and the hotel even provided a guide! I also got to try out their laundry service. This was my first stay at an Atour Hotel, and it definitely exceeded my expectations.

The hotel's location is excellent; you can easily walk to Qinghui Garden and the pedestrian street, and there are many great restaurants nearby. Check-in was fast, and the front desk staff even proactively offered tea. The room was clean and hygienic, and it had a mini-fridge. There's also a laundry room on the first floor, which is very convenient. When checking out, the front desk staff asked if I needed to store my luggage, which was a huge help as it allowed me to explore and free up my hands during the gap before my next activity. It was absolutely fantastic!

First of all, the location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. There are all sorts of restaurants nearby with delicious food – Shunde truly lives up to its reputation as a 'City of Gastronomy.' The front desk staff were also very warm and attentive. It's definitely worth staying here again.

The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Qinghui Garden and Huagai Pedestrian Street, and public transportation nearby is very convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are warm and attentive.

My two-night stay at Atour Hotel was pretty good. The location is excellent, with plenty of options for food, drinks, and entertainment. When I checked in, it wasn't even 2 PM yet, and after I told the staff I wasn't feeling well, they were very accommodating and arranged a temporary room for me to rest in. After checking out, I left some items behind, and when I contacted the lovely QiQi, she immediately sent them back to me via SF Express. I'm very grateful!

Excellent service, especially Mr Lin Mun Kit, who explained patiently to Seniors on taking the Metro. Love the toilet with its features. Overall a very comfortable stay.

The location is excellent, very close to Qinghui Garden and the entrance to the pedestrian street. There's also a McDonald's and various other shops downstairs. The pillows and bedding were incredibly comfortable; it was the best night's sleep I had on this trip. The service was also outstanding. Both the cleaning staff and the young men and women downstairs were incredibly friendly.

The quality at Atour is truly exceptional, nothing to complain about. I initially thought a low-floor room facing the road would be noisy, but the soundproofing on the windows was so well done that it wasn't an issue at all. It's within walking distance to Huagai Street and Jinbang Street, which makes dining and entertainment very convenient. I couldn't fully enjoy the food this time since I was with my child, but I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's location is fantastic – it's really close to Qinghui Garden and Huagai Street, and right across from the subway station. You can get to Foshan Lingnan Tiandi in about an hour by subway. There are tons of great food options nearby, and the hotel even offers a late-night congee service. The front desk staff were excellent; they even gave us a free room upgrade. The room itself was quite spacious and clean. It's a really great choice for a trip to Shunde.
