衞生：又臟又亂
環境：是那些黃酒店，做不正當交易
地上臟連帶正門入口也破舊不堪真不懂這是如何經營，店家是個摳門沒責任感的業者連門檻出破爛木塊都捨不得網購幾十元金屬塊更換，這是可怕的爛店，幸好平台補償我房費，店家實在太傻了不退款就等差評也是活久見

預訂後到店不超過20分鐘，上面寫免費停車才過去的，去到那裡沒有停車位，前台愛搭不理，問能不能退，説能退讓我跟客服申請，申請了以後客服聯繫酒店又説不讓退，沒有停車位就不要標免費停車，就這麼缺這幾十塊錢？黑心商家，垃圾，不要來

剛訂就取消了訂單，以為是對面，結果是九公裡外的，也顯示了已取消訂單，要等半小時到一個小時，結果沒入住，還不能取消，這是什麼理由，還有這種操作
