公寓周邊交通、餐飲比較方便，房間乾淨、衞生，陽台上還有洗衣機。個人感覺不足之處，就是床墊的彈簧太軟，床頭旁邊沒有充電插座，手機充電不是太方便。

位置比較偏僻，大晚上找酒店找了半天，過來參加半馬的，離起點路程25分鐘左右。衞生一般，房間香薰味太濃了，差點沒薰死。沐浴露和洗髮水是雜牌，不好用。沒有一次性拖鞋，找前台要才有。

一個人住原本沒啥講究，但是進去還是被驚訝了，很破舊，看起來衞生不是很好的樣子，而且煙灰缸還有殘留煙頭，關鍵是隔音很差，晚上很吵

旁邊有個商業體，有大超市，附近有飯店，樓上住的人也挺多的，也給老闆建議了、夜裡有蚊子、配點蚊香、加強管理，整體中上。
