Overall, my experience at the InterContinental Foshan Dongping Poly was very good. A special thank you to Barry, the duty manager, for arranging a room upgrade – I was very pleased with the room. I also appreciate the welcome snacks provided by the hotel and the courteous concierge team for helping me with my parcel. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was comfortable, and the kids loved the inflatable castle. It was a very pleasant stay!

I chose the InterContinental Foshan Dongping for my stay this time. The hotel boasts an excellent location and a modern yet elegant Lingnan-style design. What truly stood out was the impeccable service I received during my stay, especially from Gogo at the front desk, whose warm and professional assistance was exceptional. My room was even upgraded, making for a fantastic stay that filled my trip with warmth and delightful surprises. I will definitely choose the InterContinental Foshan Dongping again next time!

The service was excellent, making me feel right at home. When I needed a tea set, it was delivered to my room very quickly. The hotel restaurant's morning tea was also delicious. I had a very comfortable stay in Foshan. It's about a 30-minute drive to various attractions, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

The upgraded open-plan garden view room was amazing! The hotel is conveniently located, and the environment is lovely. It was a fantastic experience overall, and the room service was also very personalized with excellent staff attitude.

Came to Foshan for a trip and stayed at this hotel. It's located in the new district, a bit far from the main attractions. The executive lounge service, afternoon tea, and happy hour were all excellent. This trip to Foshan was definitely worth it; the lion dance performance was particularly memorable.

This is the best value-for-money hotel I've stayed at in Foshan and Shunde! I loved it, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Foshan! Facilities: It's a new hotel, which is something I really look for now when booking. This Poly hotel is very new and beautifully decorated. Cleanliness: Very clean, no major issues. Environment: The environment is beautiful. There's also a gym, swimming pool, and an atrium garden, which is perfect for a lazy person like me who doesn't want to leave the hotel. Service: The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I ate there for three days and didn't get tired of it.

Hygiene: The room was well-maintained and visibly cleaned with care. It was spotless and comfortable to stay in. Facilities: I can only say it's all show and no go. For an Intercontinental hotel that's only been open for 5 years, many of the facilities are already run-down. All the hangers were peeling, and the shower would constantly switch between cold and hot water, and sometimes the water would stop entirely. Both rooms we stayed in had this issue, making a simple shower a multi-stage ordeal. There are quite a few problems with the hardware. Breakfast: Commendable. The taste and service were both excellent!

The environment is average, the price is decent, but the service needs improvement.
