When I took the elevator, I found that there was a big problem with the settings of the two elevators. I pressed the button on both elevators. As a result, the first elevator ignored the floor and went straight down, while the other elevator refused to come down. The elevator on the left went down and came up again. The door just opened again, so waiting for such a long time is a waste of time. I don't know how to set it up...I was super speechless, and the staff who accompanied me to the room gave various explanations, and I was helpless. But there are a lot of problems in the new room. The nozzle of the shower room is facing the door. When taking a shower, water flows from the crack in the door to the toilet and sink. The floor mats and shoes are all wet, and the water on the floor cannot go down. ...can you imagine it? The place where clothes are hung is designed to be very close to the wall, and the clothes hangers have to be twisted sideways. Even if there is low-frequency noise all the time at night, it never stops (the air conditioner is turned off at night and can only be used as earphones)... Even in your laundry room I was reluctant to provide laundry detergent, but put washing powder. These minor problems are not a big deal, so I put up with it. But on the night of the 19th, when I returned to my room after walking all day and used the card to open the door, it couldn't be opened! The swipe cannot be opened😡I booked from the 17th to the 20th. Although you changed the room, how could the front desk not understand the date of the card? I called the front desk through the platform and asked for the card to be sent up, but the battery ran out the moment I walked to the desk after entering the door... I had always used a card to get battery, but I didn't take it out. At this time, I was already on fire. Turned on the phone light and inserted the card again. When I sat on the chair to get hot water, I suddenly saw that the cleaning lady didn’t put any new bottles of water for me. The three bottles were the same as when I left during the day. One bottle was gone and one third was left. A full bottle. The tea cup that I drank from was not cleaned. Before that, I saw that apart from the spare toilet paper in the bathroom, the bottom roll was not refilled. And there wasn't even a bath mat on the floor. Suddenly the fire in his heart broke out. When a cleaner saw that there were many guests' belongings in the room, he didn't expect that the guests would still stay? The quilt is spread like that... I really want to curse. Or did everyone, including the front desk, think I was checking out today? The front desk was not meticulous and the room service was not in place. This was a big blow to me. The manager came up with the room card and kept apologizing, but it didn't help, because I was already hurt inside. That’s about 300 yuan a night! Totally not worth it!
