Deserve to be the top one in this area in SHUNDE. The staffs are super friendly when I check in, also they made a list of all must-go places and restaurant for tourists like me. Anyway, the room is always in a high standard, I stayed on high level so the view also good over the top. There’s a huge gym room I go to which is a must-experience as well.

We're leaving the Hilton Shunde today very, very disappointed. I ate some old shrimp the day I arrived at this hotel, which gave me a rash overnight. I went to the pharmacy to buy my medicine. Until then, many of the staff seemed very concerned. And I believe they were. On the second day (today), I had episodes of intense abdominal cramps and almost fainted in the hotel restaurant. You can watch the videos if you want. Two employees even noticed I wasn't feeling well, so I asked for water and went to my room. The hotel staff are spectacular, but I felt a lack of concern from management as time went on. At first, they were very helpful, but then they seemed to disbelieve. Someone at the front desk, I believe a manager, told my husband that they were "looking into the matter" and that they weren't sure if the shrimp was actually what had hurt me. What???? Was I lying? We missed two days of our trip with our kids because I ate some bad food. And the hotel offered us an upgrade if we wanted to stay and pay for an extra night. Money isn't the issue, but we felt distrusted by the hotel management. I regretted not mentioning at the lounge that the shrimp tasted spoiled and old. I only told my husband. I could have told the hotel staff. I arrived at this Hilton thinking it was a Hilton like the others we've been to, but I saw a huge difference. Especially in "Miki's" statement: "We're not sure if it was the shrimp that did the problem.” We are very very very disappointed. I hope it not happening with another guest. Never.
