Atour, as always, never disappoints. The location is super convenient, right next to Qinghui Garden and Daliang Pedestrian Street, offering an abundance of delicious food options. All the local specialties I was craving, like fish skin, dessert soups, and double-skin milk pudding, were easily accessible. I particularly enjoyed the raw fish dish (yusheng). The hotel's cleanliness and service were simply impeccable.

This Atour in Shunde truly stands out; the service here is hands down the best I've experienced at any Atour hotel. From the welcoming staff at check-in to the room's facilities and spaciousness, everything exceeded my expectations. The housekeeping staff were incredibly polite too. One housekeeper even proactively asked if my laundry was ready and offered to bring it back to my room so I wouldn't have to wait. I was genuinely surprised and impressed – not only did she deliver it, but she had also folded everything neatly! Such thoughtful service! I was so impressed that I immediately extended my stay for two more nights and cancelled my reservations at other hotels! I highly, highly recommend this place! Trust me, you absolutely won't be disappointed. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to an excellent shopping mall and an entertainment complex. It's a fantastic spot with everything you need for dining, shopping, and entertainment all in one place!

My recent stay at Atour Hotel was excellent overall, with the bedding and service leaving a particularly strong impression. The mattress was medium-firm, providing excellent support without being too soft and causing back pain, or too hard and compromising comfort. The duvet and pillows were also very comfortable, with soft, skin-friendly fabric and no strange odors. I was able to quickly relax and enjoy a good night's sleep. Both the front desk and housekeeping services were excellent. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were friendly. The room was also spotlessly clean. Overall, Atour Hotel truly excels in both comfort and service. It's well-suited for business trips or leisure travel, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Following my friend's recommendation from Shunde, I booked a room here and was thoroughly impressed. There are three things I absolutely have to commend: 1. **Excellent Service.** To experience local dim sum, I booked two rooms: one with breakfast for a day and one without. When checking in, the front desk staff understood the situation and immediately offered a complimentary breakfast for one day. They also enthusiastically presented us with a 'food guide' personally curated by the hotel staff – how thoughtful is that service! 2. **Abundant Breakfast.** The breakfast restaurant on the first floor offers a wide variety of dishes, including many local specialties, giving guests endless choices. 3. **Ideal Location.** The hotel is close to Jinfeng Phoenix Avenue and not far from Shunfeng Mountain Park. There are also numerous restaurants nearby, making it very convenient.

We stayed in this hotel several times. Location is good and staff are polite and helpful. Room is considered spacious and furnishing is traditional. We loved its location and its elegant taste in the room and overall furnishings of the hotel. Only one set back on the door of the bathroom, if we want to open the doors of the wardrobe we need to slide to close the bathroom door first, it’s so inconvenient! The glass door of the small toilet space is also cause inconvenience especially to elderly people who might frequently use the toilet at midnight. On the whole this hotel is unique and nice!

This experience was satisfactory. The front desk clerk was polite. When I entered the room, there were puppies and swans made of towels on the bed, which was very beautiful. In addition, there is free parking outside the hotel, and drivers do not need to pay extra fees. However, the hotel is a little old, but it is still clean and worth staying in next time.

The hotel is very clean. It's spotless. Parking is convenient, with a large lot, and the children enjoyed a swim. The pool water is very clean. Breakfast is included, and it's quite generous. If you don't like breakfast, there's a place for morning tea, which is very popular and delicious.

The hotel is very basic with one small package of shampoo/ conditioner. Location is good but there are many other choices. Light where the kettle is has a sensor which is not necessary. And just annoying.

Room comfort: The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and good sound insulation, ensuring a peaceful stay. Although not particularly spacious, it was well-designed and fully equipped. Location: Excellent! It's right within the OCT HARBOUR PLUS commercial complex. Just a few minutes' walk downstairs leads you to the theme park, various restaurants, and shops. It's super convenient for enjoying the night view, and you can easily return to your room to rest when you're tired. Perfect for families with kids or couples. Service attitude: The front desk and staff were all warm and friendly. Check-in was efficient, they answered all questions, and provided thoughtful service, making us feel right at home. Extra surprise: The hotel's own sports center is a bonus, and as a guest, we received exclusive discounts on theme park tickets, which was a great deal! Summary: With its prime location, comfortable accommodations, attentive service, and guest benefits, this is an excellent choice for visiting OCT HARBOUR PLUS. Highly recommended!

All of the staff was very nice. Room was clean, and the buffet was very good for dinner.
