We booked 4 executives suites to spend the Easter holiday with family. We arrived at 3pm and it took an hour for the staff to arrange only 2 suites to us. We were told the rest of the suites would not be available until AFTER 5pm due to the fact that the guests at the executive suite are allowed to check out at 4pm. We were so shocked and exhausted and upset of course. Our trip was affected because of the room delay. We hope that Marriott of Foshan can take an intense look at their room arrangements. However, we must say that the facility of the hotel is great; if they can improve the check in procedure, that would be a nice experience with Foshan Marriot.
