All good! There is no air conditioning in the room, and there are problems with the design and ventilation of the bathroom. The room is large, there is a free parking lot, and there are major supermarkets, restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Great stay.
Room was very nice. Bathroom was very midern and smart.
Breakfast was good.
Reception lady was lovely and helpful too.
Only tiny observation is the sealed unit window in our room had blown-wooden frames so probably due an upgrade in due course- with no detriment to our stay of course though.

good value compared to Premier Inn as it's a proper hotel with well equipped bedrooms, mini-gym free water and nibbles and optional room service.

Helpful staff, good food, comfy beds.
No water supply to rooms overnight - unable to flush the toilet and a tepid shower in the morning. Not ideal as stayed in Suffolk for my mother's funeral on the 23rd and already stressed.

The staff were superb in helping our low-mobility family member.
The hotel is easily accessed from the A14 and is handy for reaching the Nuffield Trust Hospital at Martlesham.
Parking at the hotel is free of charge.
