Brand new hotel with a great pool and many dinning options. The room was spacious and contemporary! Felt very secure. We are both night at their many dining restaurants as well as the amazing breakfast buffet.

This hotel is lovely, with super comfortable beds and room-darkening shades, which was most appreciated after our long journey to get here.
The hotel grounds feature swimming pools, tennis courts, soccer pitch, superior fitness room and overall very nice outdoor space. The included breakfast was a huge hot-and-cold buffet of everything you could possibly want. Highly recommend!

The hotel is well located and close to the airport and the main tourist attractions in Foz de Iguaça. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The check in process was lovely, we received a cookie as part of the DoubleTree policy.
The rooms were great and the bathrooms are quite lovely and modern. We ordered room service and it was quite delicious. Actually all the food was good at the hotel. The spa and swimming pools were the highlights of our stay.
The only issue is that when you are showering the fire alarm in the room goes off, but you can fan it and it will go off after a while.

Was handed a letter informing us that cigarette and cigar smoke was detected coming from our room, so we were being charged a big fee. My wife and I have NEVER been smokers. I met with manager. He didn’t believe us. When visiting the room he admitted there was no aroma. Next day, no cleaning service in room. Servers in bar/cafe completely inattentive. Lady working desert counter simply ignored us while chatting with coworker. We decided we had enough and checked out a day early. Front desk refused to even provide a letter confirming willingness to refund the last night. HORRIBLE treatment.

Beautiful new hotel, worthy of 5 stars, the service was disappointing though. I had to ask twice for another towel, and a crib was never brought even though I requested one through **********. When I called the front desk for one, they said that there was not anyone available to bring a crib to us as it was too late, just after 10:00pm. Overall seems like people
