I stayed at the hotel for one night. It was a pleasant and lovely stay. I was there for a work trip, and I had everything I needed. Overall I am happy with the services.

Visited family and location was perfect. Room was big, plenty of storage, bathroom and shower was good.
Room was hot though and the ac wasn’t brilliant but they provided a fan. They also offered us to change rooms which we didn’t want to do.
Good choice of breakfast items

Such a great place, what can I say for someone that doesn't speak a lot of German the hotel was excellent. Brilliant service, lovely staff, rooms are beautiful and the wine is exceptional. The hotels restaurant is great and the service and meals were excellent. Alzey is a lovely town with a lot of history and is larger and has more shops than you think, would definitely recommend. Hotel has a vast selection of wines and all of them were excellent in particular the Riesling.

Ich war gerne in Ihrem Haus zu Gast und habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt! Haus, Unterkunft, Service, Frühstück entsprachen voll und ganz meinen Erwartungen. Gut war, dass ich mein Gepäck bereits am Vormittag des Ankunftstages bei der Rezeption abgeben konnte. (Ich war mit dem Zug unterwegs; mein erster Termin in Alzey fand bereits um 10 Uhr des Ankunftstages statt.)
