It was a total disaster, they didn’t clean the room before our stay, even when we requested clenaing the next day after arriving to the hotel at night everywhere were untouched. One bed didn’t have a beddng. We requested for new they didn’t have and they just gave a blanket cover wity blood stain on it. There were only one towel. They didn’t have extra towel. I saw another women from the other room she had to ask for a mop so she could mop her room herself!! She said she also just checked in and her room is a mess!

Really nice hostel, clean room and bathroom. The staff are helpful and kind. The only slight downfall is the location, it’s not very close to the city centre but the walk is 40ish minutes walk to most of the famous attractions. Other than that, it is a easy to find and a good hostel

Morning breakfast items not satisfactory.
I have stayed for 8 days, Front desk team not providing towels for my entire booking. Also cleaning team not replacing the bathroom essentials shower gel, hand wash, tissues properly.
After raising concerns some front desk team offers gift card, but other staffs not providing drinks for the provided gift cards. Overall facility is good, but need improvements with the service team.

Rooms are extremely dirty. Double bed in a mixed dorms. Kitchen is poor - wanna cook? Pay 20€ for pan’s rental. Don’t recommend this staying 🙈

Their cleaning is really subpar, again. They don't change bedsheets which I am okay with, but they didn't clean the floor well and didn't seem to clean the bathroom and tables in the room at all. Otherwise, perfectly good hotel for the price.

Due to serious safety and security issues at A&O, we decided to cancel our upcoming trip to A&Q. Unfortunately, A&O has never responded to either our emails or our agent’s inquiries, so we cannot recommend staying at this hotel—especially if you are travelling alone.
One morning around 7–8 am, someone pretending to be a guest used a room card to open my door. I had just finished washing up when I heard the door unlock. After seeing me inside, the intruder quickly said “sorry” in a very noticeable accent and shut the door. Realising something was wrong, I followed him into the hallway and saw him open the room next door with the same card. The guest in that room also heard the door being opened and rushed out, still half-dressed.
This incident shows that the hotel is extremely unsafe and may even be involved in undisclosed activities. In short, solo female travellers—or anyone travelling alone—should be especially cautious.
