Hotel Expo Frankfurt City Centre

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room smelled musty, I coughed all night, and ended up checking out early without a refund. My body was covered in bed bug bites after just one night. There was no staff anywhere in the entire hotel; communication was solely via email, and it would take days to get a single reply. The hotel staff were also habitual liars. I have no idea how a place like this can still be listed on any platform. I hope whoever reads this doesn't get scammed. This hotel seriously needs to shut down. Germany must be really going downhill to allow such a fraudulent hotel to operate. Honestly, I'm speechless, I just consider it money spent to avoid further trouble. P.S. Other hotels in the same price range all have air conditioning, but this place gives you a massive, noisy fan blowing at you all night. If you enjoy self-torment, then this is the place for you.

Got to the door and didn't see any email for check-in. Called them, but couldn't hear clearly. Eventually, the email arrived, and I had to fill in my passport details, address, etc., to check in online. There's no physical card or key; everything for opening doors and such is on a webpage. I thought I shouldn't close this page, but the next morning it reverted to the check-in screen again. Anyway, I only stayed for one night and left early, so I didn't bother looking into it further.
