Extremely bad! ! ! Bad review! ! The service is very poor! Bedsheets and duvet covers were not changed. No refrigerator, no cleaning,. . . . It’s so expensive and the price/performance ratio is extremely low! ! ! Will never come here again! Be careful everyone. The bathroom has no door. . .

The stay was horrible as the room was so cold , and noone help us with that , just said “the room is ok”

Visit to Germany to see family and shop in the Christmas markets. We stayed for 3 nights coming and going! The hotel is a nice size and very conveniently located. Near the markets, opera house,museums and many restaurants and cafes. The room was a decent size with comfortable bed. The lighting was a bit poor. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast but would’ve been nice to get a coffee or tea from the bar to take to the room. Would definitely recommend.

Great little hotel situated 10 mins walk from the main centre of Frankfurt. 5 mins walk from underground station. Room was very clean and beds comfortable, pillows were great too. Bathroom and shower were fine. Bar was not open when we were there. Staff very friendly and helpful and also allowed us to store our bags both before check in and post check out
