Temperature of shower isn’t stable. The location is good but the surrounding environment is not safe.

Room is big enough and the staffs are nice. One bad thing is it's location, which is in the food street, difficult for luggage delivery.

The location is very convenient - close to Frankfurt train station and many eateries nearby. Easily accessible with tram about 100m away from hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

It takes you less than 10 minutes walking from Frankfurt Central train station. Staff friendly and efficient - there was some little problem of the toilet flush. When we informed the reception staff, he arranged to change to another room for us. And lots of restaurants and other shops nearby.

The best feature of this hotel is the location with a modern clean room. Is quiet and there are many diverse food choices to choose from. Is also near the main train station.
