The location, facilities, and price are all pretty good and convenient. It's just one stop on the 'little train' (tram/light rail) and bus access is easy. However, the hotel isn't very clean. I don't think they change the sheets every day, as you can see from the picture I took after noticing how dirty it was when I first entered the room. It was quite uncomfortable. Even though I was only staying one night, the hygiene issue made me sleep poorly.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations once again! The facilities are excellent and it's very conveniently located.

This is my go-to hotel every time I'm in town, whether for business or leisure. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and come with a full kitchenette: a capsule coffee machine, microwave, oven, stove, and dishwasher – everything you could possibly need, making it incredibly convenient. The only things to note are that the trash can is located under the sink, and daily room cleaning is not provided by default during your stay. The hotel discontinued its shuttle service a while back. You can get to the airport by taking the X17 or S bus, or the S-Bahn. Every time I've stayed here, I've found the front desk staff, especially the younger guys, to be very friendly and sharp, unlike the typical cold and arrogant attitude you sometimes encounter in Germany. They are super efficient. This time, the front desk person was named Sammy, and they were excellent – very efficient and had a great attitude.

This is a serviced apartment that's generally neat and clean. It comes with kitchenware and a fridge, so it's fully equipped. It's quiet at night, and surprisingly, not noisy at all despite being near the airport. Just a heads-up: there are no slippers or toiletries provided, so you'll need to bring your own.

No room cleaning service, and they charge an extra €25 per night for it. The front desk service was pretty good, though.

The price is reasonable, and while the facilities are standard, I think the quality matches the price. However, even though it's said to be close to the airport, it's actually near Terminal 2, which has become quite deserted, making access difficult. As a result, I ended up walking for about 40 minutes from Terminal 1. If you're going here, I'd recommend taking a taxi from Terminal 1.
