The downstairs porch has seating for large groups to socialize and dine together, while the upstairs porch focuses on quiet spots, such as the bed-swing, to soak in the sunrise with a cup of coffee from the upstairs morning kitchen. The home is stocked with games, pool noodles, and beach chairs to reduce guests packing list and keep the kids entertained throughout your stay. The gated resort-style pool is a quick 3-minute walk from our home. The clubhouse is open to all guests, including changing rooms, showers, restrooms, and patio seating. Free parking is available at the clubhouse if you need to transport lots of pool gear/coolers, etc. Summercamp features two miles of private beach and over 12 beach access points. Morning walks along the community boardwalks are a must! The surrounding areas are truly an escape from a busy life. You won't find any traffic and wait lists for restaurants. Instead, you can visit the quaint town of Carrabelle and visit our local fresh seafood market, antique shops, and restaurants. There are also two pull-out sleeper sofas in the upstairs den, which sleep an additional four guests. A total of 12 guests in the main house. This property also features a carriage house with game room and additional livingroom. The carriage house includes a ping pong table and other games for guests to enjoy! The fully-stocked kitchen includes a combo Keurig pod/coffee pot, air fryer, large blender, pots, pans, bakeware, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, and serving platter. Enjoy the beach with the included beach cart, 4 folding chairs, sand toys, boogie board, and beach umbrella. After your fun in the sun, enjoy the outdoor enclosed shower. We have one motion-activated camera on the front porch, and one facing the bottom entrance/parking area. These will remain powered on during your stay. This oversized, 4000 sq. foot multifamily building is split into three totally separate townhomes. Each of which lives as a separate house-- very quiet, private and the best part of all is that you have THREE MILES OF PRIVATE BEACHFRONT -- many days, it’s all completely to yourself-- 50 steps from your front porch. As we all know, this just does not exist in many places anymore. And I don't just mean blah, blah, beachfront, I mean a beautiful beachfront that's an adult’s, as well as a kid’s paradise. Kids and dogs run free, all of which can be watched over from the large, private front porch, holding a drink in hand and nap ‘round the corner. Just look at my pictures. I have grandchildren and there is no, I repeat no place, they would rather be than at the beach house at St. Teresa. We go as often as we can- which is why anytime it's not rented, we’re there.
