Great location, close to shops and train station. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. From the exceptional reception staff (we saw three different ladies each day and all of them were superb) to the housekeeping staff, they went above and beyond. Apartment included tea and coffee and all cooking utensils, the WiFi was decent, longer video calls could be challenging though. Would stay again. Thanks so much.

The hotel has free parking and the staff is friendly. It is only 5 minutes away from the hotel to the shopping mall, which is very convenient. The price is reasonable and I will choose to stay again if I go again.

There is a bathtub. It is very clean. The service is good. However, there is no elevator. It is very miserable to carry boxes up and down the stairs. The door cannot be locked after entering. I don't feel safe. The room is not next to the lobby. It is a long way to walk. It is a bit tiring to push the luggage if driving.

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly before we arrived.. ( Vanity bench top & floor) Very noisy on Friday night, doors banging. Interconnecting door showed light from other room. No lift. No designated parking.

We were very happy with our apartment. Everything was clean and quiet and it had everything we needed. The pull out sofa bed was a little bit flimsy. The surrounding area had everything we needed (good shopping, eateries, activities) and it was quiet and we felt safe. The staff were very lovely and accommodating! We would happily stay again!
