We stayed in this villa during the Easter period and the staff were very courteous and attentive right from the time of booking. The room reserved for us was very large and spacious, with a comfortable bed, a very basic courtesy kit in the bathroom, clean sheets and towels and a comfortable internal temperature. The employees of the bar and the breakfast room were very kind and courteous, and I thank them for having cheered up the stay. The villa has a very spacious garden surrounded by greenery which is certainly used for ceremonies. However, in my opinion, with some small precautions, the structure could benefit from many points of view. First of all the bathroom, the bathroom fixtures are very old, it would be ideal to be able to renovate and implement a ventilation system or add a window where possible (the bathroom needs an air exchange). Reception not open 24h but only until 11.30pm, the hours could be a bit limiting, fortunately we didn't find ourselves in the situation of being late, however changing to a later evening time could be appreciated. About breakfast, for those like me who love sweets, they will be happy with fresh croissants, fresh pastries and cakes and a bar service offering a variety of coffees and cappuccinos. My boyfriend, on the other hand, loves a continental breakfast more so the absence of salty foods was felt (although something salty such as boiled eggs, bread and salami was served on Easter morning). However, the next day there was some confusion, between unlaid tables, baskets with missing rusks, absence of glasses and saucers for serving at the buffet, absence of butter...in short, there were some flaws. The villa has a large parking area so it is very convenient for those arriving by car. It is not located in the center of Frascati, however after about 5/7 minutes by car you are in the center of the town without any problems. All in all, we had a good time, but I really recommend exploiting the potential of the villa since the essential services are there, and a little willpower would really be enough to meet the customers.
