The hotel environment is good and the price is very affordable. Someone cleans and replaces the coffee liquid every day. You can watch the racing exhibition outside🏎️. The breakfast has few types but is delicious

This hotel is located in front of the mother river of Le Mans. It is more than one kilometer away from the train station, a 20-25 minute walk away, and the old town of Le Mans is less than 500 meters away! If you want to be close to the train station, there is another Ibis next to the train station.

The address on google maps put us way off. Took us an hour to find the hotel. One found, check in was easy. Romm was clean and quiet. We paid extra for parking, but car was secure underground and less distance to haul baggage! Many restaurants across the river in the old area, but some require reservations as they are busy!

Bad bad bad
Terrible in all areas. No ice in bar, food looked cheap and nasty so didn’t order breakfast, lights didn’t work in room. Heating didn’t work in room. Parking difficulties. Room was cold. Shower room small. Staff useless and the smell of the reception person was disgusting. On these notes. I will never stay at this hotel again

Enjoyable rest and stay.
Nice hotel across the river from the town. Comfortable rooms and beds. Good air con. All very clean. Carpets look a bit soiled in the lobby etc. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Would recommend booking the under hotel garage parking. Le Mans is a lively city full of things to see and do.

Excellent cleaning, good breakfast, would have appreciated room facilitities like water cooker and safety locker, and hotel facilities like fitness room.
But for the rest all good.
