The hotel was nice and clean, but NO Elevator. I was so surprised that the hotel didn’t have elevator access for guests with children, elderly people who had difficulty climbing stairs, too difficult carrying luggage, and what if emergency?

Pros: Convenient location (next to highway 99, close to many shops and restaurants). Cons: breakfast could benefit from additional hot dishes.

Easy, friendly check in. Quiet stay, no highway noise on the back of the building. About 15 minutes from the airport and simple breakfast included. Great for a one night stay.

There was a big motorcycle rally the weekend we stayed for 3 nights. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind to place us in a quiet part of the hotel and help us upstairs with our bag. We slept like babies and would definitely stay again.

We came to Fresno on a weekend when a motorcycle club was in town. The property owner catered to the motorcycle club rather than everyone who was at the property. They were loud, took over the front of the property, smoked in front of the entrance and were rude. The room was smelly and ran down. If I hadn’t prepaid, I would’ve moved to a different hotel.

My family & friends booked a one night stay at this hotel due to the convenience of the location. I had to switch room (109) due to a strong wet (mildew) smell, it was starting to give me headaches. The clerk was nice enough but wasn’t able to accommodate me with 2 queen beds…so we went ahead and take the king bed only room. I have to put my kids in with my friend’s room. The inconvenience of me scrambling trying to relocate rooms in the middle of the night, so I wasn’t happy about it.
I had my daughter in a room with a friend and the sofa bed she slept on gave her multiples bed bugs bites on her body.
