This was my third visit to Goebels and I was thrilled again. The hotel rooms are nice, a bottle of good drinking water in the fridge everyday, exceptional breakfast buffet , wonderful selections for lunch and dinner, taking care of guests’ needs concerning allergies. The Spa is spacious and equipped wit an indoor and outdoor pool, different saunas, a whirl pool, Kneipp basin, solarium, infrared sauna and a saline room. The beauty spa offers wonderful treatments with well trained, courteous staff. A little boutique is also on site. The owner/manager family personally takes care of the guests, the team is well trained, super friendly and helpful. We were here over New Years and the entertainment was outstanding with a special emphasis to detail and the wellbeing of the guests. I will be back, if possible for the garden festival in July, but most certainly for next Silvester. The surroundings invite to walks, visits to interesting cities and historical places. A museum and water castle are on the premises. What a great place 💓

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt genossen. Das Hotel ist wirklich für sich schon eine Reise wert. Das Essen wird von einem sehr guten Küchenteam zubereitet, was genauso die 5 Sterne verdient hat wie das Hotel an sich

bin nicht zufrieden mit den Leistungen des Hotels, es kann einiuges verbessert werden. Das Essen und das Früstück waren nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Rezeption lies auf sich warten.

Bei Anreise am 21.02. war das gebuchte Zimmer 401 Junior Suite kalt , und es hat nach Abwasser gerochen.Am nächsten Tag öffneten wir dann die Vorhänge an den Sprossenfenstern zum Parkplat, und diese waren stark mit Schimmel befallen , ebenso wie teilweise die Vorhänge.Am nächsten Tag die Vorhänge zur Seite gezogen komplett , das der Zimmerservice etwas unternimmt. Ausser Raumduft, der den Geruch etwas überdeckte,passierte nichts. Der Duschthermostat war defekt.Dann ein Upgrad erhalten die Bilstein Suite .Aber kein Wort der Entschuldigung zu dem anderen Zimmer.Service bei Frühstück und Restaurant sehr chaotisch .Der gebotene Service, z.b.Nachfragen was der Gast gerne hätte , erfolgte nicht.Kaffeeautomat morgens öfters defekt,etc. Schade der erste Aufenthalt und Eindruck war nicht gut .

Ein schönes Hotel , mit tollem Wellness Bereich . Wellness Personal sehr kompetent, sympathisch und Mega freundlich(meiner Meinung nach das beste an dem Hotel). Essen sehr lecker , viel Auswahl. Ein paar Mängel in der Suite und Fitnessstudio festgestellt (das könnte viel besser sein).

Das zweite Mal ein Göbels Hotel. Und wir wurden zu unserer Auszeit nicht enttäuscht. Herzliches Team und tolles Essen. Ausgezeichnete Zimmer mit schönen Ausblick. Ich hatte hervorragende Anwendungen im Wellnes und Spa Bereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
