Close to beautiful Warsaw and Truman Dam. Access to the boat ramp is a few minutes away. Relax in the back yard around the fire pit. Gas grill is provided as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate from the Coffee Bar. Wifi is provided. There are games, puzzles and books for the kiddos. We also supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Feel free to use the washer and dryer. No need to bring laundry soap, we'll have that too. Stroll downtown and visit our local shops and antique stores. Grab a sweet treat at 303 Ice Cream and walk along beautiful Drake Harbor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The house was nice, roomy and clean. Michele provided so many extras...coffee, eggs, bacon, biscuits, etc. Staying in Warsaw makes a day trip to Osage Beach or Springfield very doable. Thank you for your hospitality Michele!! Kim & Rick

Over Sold Establishment
Very rundown and trashy neighborhood, yard had not been mowed for days. Dogs barking next door. Inside was clean and adequate, one air conditioning unit mounted in wall that ran 24 / 7 to keep bedrooms cool. Beds were like sleeping on card board stacked in a mattress cover. If there was another positive, it was the People running the place were very nice on the phone.

Amazing stay!
The property was so beautiful and homey, made it hard to leave! Close to the lake and town. Lots of amenities and host was awesome. I will definitely be staying again!!

Clean, adorable home
We enjoyed our stay! The home is clean and well stocked and living area is open. The property owner communicated well. We will stay here again when we are in town visiting family.

Best get away !!!
We had amazing stay everything was perfect we got there and there was fresh muffin ready for us with the wifi password right beside them honestly the first question I would ever ask entering a new home. “Is there food and what the wifi “ but I got to enjoy my family in a quiet place that was super clean ! There is only one problem and honestly there isn’t much we can do about it . With this heat wasp will be more active so the porch was a great hide out until we ran out of wasp spray .
