This was my 3rd or 4th stay at this property. I return here whenever I travel in this region, as I am very satisfied with the services. The place is located 3,8 km (5 minutes drive) from the city gate of Urbino. Urbino has restricted traffic for cars, so tourists need to leave their cars in any case outside the walls. The parking at Colleverde is free. At check-in you get a card which opens the car entrance, as this is normally closed at night. The room (single) was clean and convenient. I had a good sleep. Breakfast was sumptuous while enjoying the amazing view of the small hills around Urbino. Staff is kind and helpful.

Noi non ci siamo trovati bene. La pulizia va bene. Le camere sono un po’ datate, la biancheria da letto essenziale e da rinnovare secondo me. Secondo noi manca quella disponibilità, cordialità e cortesia che fanno sempre sentire l’ospite coccolato. Solo la signora addetta alle colazioni è molto disponibile e cordiale ma mi è sembrata davvero una eccezione. Il resto è tutto automatico e tassativo. Avevamo telefonato per tre pernottamenti e ci è stato imposto il pagamento di tutte e tre le notti e quasi con due mesi di anticipo.Non so se sia legale ma sl dí la dí questo mi è sembrato poco cortese.

Abbiamo trascorso due giorni davvero piacevoli in questa country house immersa nelle colline marchigiane. Il posto è tranquillo, curato, con una vista bellissima che mette subito in pace. La stanza era pulitissima e molto accogliente. Al mattino ci aspettavano le torte fatte in casa, semplici e buone, e un’atmosfera familiare grazie alla gentilezza della padrona di casa, che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Un soggiorno che ci ha lasciato un bel ricordo. Lo consigliamo a chi ha voglia di staccare un po’ e godersi la quiete.

Hotel in ottima posizione per raggiungere la bellissima cittadella di urbino e con bella vista sulle colline durante la colazione, ma a mio vviso non da considerarsi un 4 stelle!!!😔 Mancanza di portiere di notte, spa a pagamento e troppo cara per ciò che offre. Cameriera ai piani poco professionale visto che il.letto ce lo siamo dovuto rifare per tutti e 2 i giorni ... Veramente gentili e professionali le signore della reception e la signora della sala colazioni che si occupava del bar. (consiglierei solo di migliorare il.buffet ) Comunque nel.complesso abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno

La piscina spa non è semplicemente all'altezza di quello che si chiede. Gli spogliatoi meno, non c'è nemmeno un bagno, una sola doccia per tutti e nemmeno uno specchio con un lavandino.. Tisana razionata, nessun biscottino o comunque frutta secca etc. , l'accappatoio e le ciabatte te le devi portare da casa, la piscina è piccola e non ha senso fare due ingressi e tariffe separate per l'ingresso piscinina e per il percorso spa.

Sono stata in questa struttura il 25/07/2024 di passaggio per un viaggio itinerante. La Struttura è molto carina, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità , si trova a pochi chilometri da Urbino (posto auto disponibile). Buona la colazione dolce e salata, che include torte fatta in casa dalla proprietaria, da gustare su una splendida terrazza con un bel panorama. Io ero solo di passaggio quindi ho dormito solo una notte in una stanza singola, non grandissima ma pulita, profumata e dotata di tutti i confort . Non ho utilizzato i servizi della SPA (a pagamento), ma ho notato varie aree esterne (con sole ed ombra) con divanetti e lettini e tavoli e sedie a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti. Il personale gentilissimo , disponibile e molto competente nell'illustrazione di indicazioni utili per la visita del luogo, in particolare la proprietaria una Sig.ra davvero accogliente e carina ( che saluto), con cui ho piacevolmente conversato a colazione (ci siamo anche scambiate ricette). Sicuramente consiglierei questo posto.

Camera veramente spaziosa, luminosa, con alti soffitti, climatizzata volendo, terrazzino comune o esclusivo, colazione ricca e varia, torte fatte in casa. Bevande calde ben preparate. Vista e ambiente bellissimi. Personale splendido.
