Ho pernottato in questa struttura una notte sola ma è bastato per constatare: la cordialità della persona addetta al check in, la pulizia dei locali, spazi ottimi per due persone, letti comodi, arredamento e interni quasi nuovi. Posizione a pochi minuti di auto da Urbino pertanto ottima per visitare il gioiello di Urbino (la vera città ideale...) prezzo onesto

Le stanze sono ampie, gli arredi e il bagno nuovi. La pulizia è impeccabile. Facilmente accessibile ha un parcheggio coperto. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimale. L'accoglienza è al top, Iris oltre alla professionalità ha una naturale gentilezza.

Camera matrimoniale ampia,pulita e attrezzata di frigo e macchinetta del caffè. Personale gentile e disponibile,che riserva una bella accoglienza. Posto macchina riservato. Il tutto a 10 minuti da Urbino. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Sono qua da due settimane con mio compagno e ci piace sempre di più. Il posto è bello, sommerso nel verde. Posto tranquillo. Appartamento bilocale perfetto per le nostre esigenze, pulito e moderno. Abbiamo una terrazza con la vista panoramica bellissima. Vorrei restare qua per sempre :)

Io e la mia famiglia ( moglie e due figli 9 e 15 anni) siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura per due notti. Ci siamo fatti sistemare in due stanze separate ma adiacenti entrambi con letti matrimoniali, bagno privato e TV. Tutto molto carino, pulito e comodo. Siamo rimasti favorevolmente colpiti dal contesto in cui è inserito il residence, in mezzo alla natura, e dalla tranquillità. La ragazza che ci ha accolto, Iris, è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile e ancora prima di partire si era preoccupata per darci tutte le indicazioni utili per raggiungere il residence. Sono dettagli ma senza dubbio fa piacere sentirsi seguiti ancora prima di arrivare. La struttura non ha ristorante e quindi per mangiare è necessario trovare un'altra soluzione che comunque in zona non manca. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole soggiornare in tutta tranquillità a due passi dalla bellissima Urbino e a prezzi molto competitivi.
