Please try to keep doors and windows closed, do not leave food outside to prevent entry of unwanted critters. Also do not feed any wildlife as they are wild animals. No refunds will be provided if a local critter visits the property.* We are in the woods and the Internet may be slow at times. No gaming is possible due to internet and we recommend that you download any large content before you leave home.We also offer a smart TV! Upstairs you have both bedrooms. One with a king bed, desk and chair. The second room has a queen bed, and a twin XL over queen bunk bed, as well as an alcove with a desk and chair for your work area. Note that there is no toilet on the second floor. Please hold on to the railings as you climb stairs. This is a cozy, rustic, lofted cabin with 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens). It is situated on a dirt road, in a quaint, private, family-friendly community. It comes equipped with a full kitchen that opens into the main living area with a wood-burning stove for cozy days/evenings by the fire. There is also a full-size washer and dryer located in the sunroom at the back of the cabin for your use. It is centrally located with easy access to popular Fryeburg Fair Grounds, snowmobile trails, hiking trails, and a 10-minute walk to the association's private beach! The cabin is just a short drive away from the town center and local eateries; 302 Tavern, Saco River Brewery, Top of the Ninth, Oxford House, Jockey Cap Country Store, and the Old Saco Inn, just to name a few.
