1.高中风险地区所在地市的其他县（市、区、旗）的入（返）宁人员在健康码绿码、体温正常的基础上，可持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明入宁。
2.自陆地边境口岸城市（与香港、澳门有口岸相连的除外）的入（返）宁人员需持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明。
3.从事高风险岗位人员须满足脱离工作岗位14天以上，并持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明后有序出行和返乡。
以上三类人员如未持有48小时内核酸检测阴性证明以及省外其他入（返）宁人员在落地后24小时内就近进行一次核酸检测。
三、其他低风险地区入（返）宁人员：健康码绿码，体温正常，在做好个人防护前提下可在宁德市自由有序流动。
