晚上比較晚到酒店 門口停車不懂停哪裡 問了前台兩個小姐姐都非常熱情的迴應了停車位置 恰逢情人節還送了🌹給我 前台一個小哥也幫忙挪了車位的樁 酒店環境很舒適早上下樓吃早飯 樓道的清潔人員熱情的打了招呼 早餐廳乾淨明亮 現煮檔口的阿叔講話非常温柔 認真照顧顧客需求 急着回去上班退房忘記身份證在桌上 酒店人員立馬聯繫了我 還主動幫忙寄了順豐快遞 感謝前台小姐姐！五星好評！下次有需要還是選擇這家！

春節入住率太高吧，打掃的不太乾淨，鏡子，地上，有灰塵。
枕頭有一個破的，然後煮水壺裡還有遺留的水，希望能注意一下。
有自助洗衣房，在5樓，但全層沒有標註如何走
早餐很贊，有福鼎特色的肉片和肉燕，都很好吃！

隔音巨巨巨巨差，隔壁有個酒吧，三點多被吵醒，一點隔音效果都沒有，酒吧樓下吵架聽的清清楚楚，以為窗户沒關，發現不是，結果看到窗户上的垃圾，真的衞生也不行，床上也有頭髮，早上走廊小孩子玩鬧的聲音也可以聽到，沒有比這個隔音更差的酒店了吧，真的是服了，體驗感巨差極差

酒店在福鼎市區內，交通方便，去高鐵站打車10分鐘，附近比較繁華，買什麼都方便，裝修風格白玉蘭，早餐麪不錯，窗户很大透氣。
