賓館雖然房子比較久，但整體蠻好，整個樓道很香的茶味，衞生也很乾凈，床品可能用久了有些瑕疵也能接受。可能臨街半夜有點吵。老闆也會幫忙找停車位，出門覓食也方便。

雙床很大，2張1.5的雙床。房間細節很到位，很貼心，還配了針線包。空調下面該特地裝了晾衣桿，毛巾都是封包消毒，讓人很放心。衞生間也很乾凈，沒有異味。我這種潔癖得人都覺得很滿意。

房間還可以，床不好，太硬了，廁所的馬桶也不行，每次沖完水要響上半天，一開始讓老闆給我換一間，衹是讓我在試試，沒電梯，所謂的停車場就是在房子邊上停着。
