A very unsatisfactory experience! First, I made a reservation very early. When I arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock that day, I was informed that the room had not been packed out yet. The lobby was full of guests waiting for the room! My family was very anxious and kept waiting at the front desk to finally stay at the hotel that my friend and I booked together. We arrived at 6pm and checked in at 10pm! The efficiency of a five-star hotel is really speechless! Second, we put our luggage away and went to eat. When we came back, we found that there was a power outage in a street near the hotel. The hotel elevator and all the guest rooms were without power, so we couldn't go upstairs to the room. The room card couldn't open the door without power! Keep sitting in the lobby! An hour later, still no call! Thirdly, it was also very helpless. Fortunately, all our luggage for hot spring bathing were in the car. After sitting for an hour, we found that there was no hope of calling and had to bath in the hot spring. The changing area of ​​the hot spring was very warm and the pools were outside! Some pools can burn people to death, and some are almost as hot as body temperature! The water quality was not good either, so I went to take a shower after soaking for a while! There are not many people in the bathing area, but it is full of dirt and mess! The most disgusting thing is that the bath water is actually ice. It is said that there is no electricity and there is no way to boil the water. Oh my god! Is this a five-star hotel? I couldn't wash it out and came out. I tried to find some clothes to wear, but the power was out and I couldn't wash them out, so I couldn't provide them! Then wipe it dry and get out of the way! When I was drying my hair, I saw many staff members sitting there chatting and complaining about the lack of quality of the customers. It was really annoying to ask this and that! I wonder again if this is a five-star hotel! When I was checking out at the hot spring, I told the front desk that the water was very cold. The staff looked numb and didn't have any words of comfort. It seemed like she was the one who took the cold bath just now! Fourth, when checking out, I reported the bad experience to the front desk and asked if there was any compensation! The staff just said two words: No, still no words of comfort! After I came back, I found that the house price has now increased to 1,000 yuan. With such services and facilities, I have the nerve to charge 1,000 yuan! I don’t know how to improve, I just know how to increase the price! Not as good as a hotel with more than 200 people! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

This hotel was recommended by us, so we went to the hot springs after we checked in. Many hot spring pools were not open, and the swimming pools were not open. It won’t open because there are too few people. The hotel buffet for the evening was on sale online, and we also purchased it. When we went there, we were told that it was only available on Friday and Saturday, so why are you selling it? I just stayed for one day and checked out the next day. Summary: If you want to be a good local hotel, you must be worthy of your customers and don't fool them. There are basically no people visiting this hotel. Compared with the hotel experience in Taibai Mountain Tangzhen, it is simply two levels. If you want to go to Taibai Mountain or Famen Temple, I recommend going to Tangzhen.
