I rarely write reviews, so I've only gotten positive reviews. Ulungur Lake is beautiful. I booked the most expensive room, which was very close to the lake, but I didn't receive the service that matched the price. Local friends hosted us and brought us to this container hotel, and we were able to afford a room for over 1,300 yuan, even though the 30 yuan entrance fee wasn't a big deal. Locals don't have to pay for the Ulungur Lake scenic area, but the female owner kept asking us to buy tickets. After calling to explain, she couldn't explain it clearly, and then she sent the male owner to our room to collect the entrance fee. Her attitude was extremely disgusting. She said we couldn't get in two cars, then she said the security guard wouldn't let us in. The security guard was always happy to let us in, and only agreed after showing us our ID and confirming we were locals. They were just trying to profit from the entrance fee, and their behavior was disgraceful. Regarding the room itself, the bathroom had no door, and the only door wouldn't close. After all, it was a suite. So, if you're not a family, how do you use the bathroom and shower? See the pictures for details. There's no screen on the door. Oh my god, the mosquitoes are killing me. It was a terrible experience.

Facilities: The room was very small, and two suitcases couldn't fit together. The bathroom couldn't be used for both showering and toileting at the same time, and the toilet had a strong odor. Cleanliness: Cleanliness needs to be improved. The bedside was dusty, the sheets were unclean, and a rat greeted me as soon as I opened the door. Environment: The location is really great, facing Lake Ulungur and offering a view of the sunset. However, the mosquitoes were incredibly numerous and swarmed in my face. Without a mask, they covered my head, face, and mouth! The moment I opened the curtains in the morning, I felt my scalp tingle (they didn't bite). Service: The staff didn't proactively contact us to tell us how to drive into the scenic area (the room was inside the area) and required us to call. Access was inconvenient. When I wanted to go out for dinner at night, there were no lights, and the gates were locked. I had to contact the staff to get the security guard to open them.

The sanitation and facilities are beyond words. The air conditioning didn't work properly, and after changing rooms, it smelled foul. No one cared about the broken equipment, and the cleaning was perfunctory. It's truly worth the price. From this angle, you can only see the sunset, not the sunrise. The sky was very cloudy and windy at night, with no stars.

The sunset was so beautiful that it made up for the poor accommodation experience. Room No. 10 smelled so bad that I couldn't breathe all night. There were no supporting facilities around. But the view is stunning.
