Der Spargel war sehr gut, die Beilagen (Hollandaise, Steak) na ja, Schinken gut. Der Service war leider komplett ungeschult und daher hoffnungslos überfordert - man wäre am liebsten aufgestanden zum Mithelfen. Die - vorbestellten! - Spargelgerichte unserer großen Familiengruppe haben mehr als 1,5 Stunden auf sich warten lassen mit der Begründung, dass drei Suppen zusätzlich zur Vorabbestelling geordert wurden. Ja, Gruppen sind immer schwierig. Aber die dann einfach zu "ignorieren", weil die A-la-carte-Gäste "zwischendurch" mitbedient werden müssen, geht gar nicht. Da muss der Ablauf in der Küche dringend geändert werden - oder einfach keine großen Gruppen annehmen...

Die Spargelsaison hat begonnen. Alle Erwartungen sind überdurchschnittlich erfüllt worden. Nicht zu vergleichen mit anderen Anbietern im Ort. Der Spargel war perfekt gekocht, das Schnitzel und der Hermannsburger Schinken einfach nur lecker. An dem Service gibt es nichts auszusetzen, immer sehr freundlich und Kundenorientiert. Alles in allem, ein schöner Spargelsaisonauftakt.
