Very nice stay in Fuji although first few days were raining. Last day we can clearly see breath taking Mount Fuji view from our hotel rooms. It was pretty amazing. Hotel staffs are really helpful too. Can rent bike and go around nearby kawaguchi lake which is biggest lake and nicer view. Hotel provided for shuttle bus service to kawaguchiko station and also planned for BBQ part groceries shopping. We stayed there big group in two cottage. We enjoyed staying there and will be back for sure.

It's hard to find a hotel,
Check in service is good
On a heavy rainy day, Mount Fuji can't be seen, and many people have barbecues, which is quite noisy and has a strong barbecue smell.
Breakfast is delivered to the room, so-so.
Fortunately, I stayed for one night, but I felt that the security facilities were not very good, otherwise I would not feel safe leaving my luggage in the room when I went out.

They provide an amazing pick-up service with one caveat; they sent the WRONG PHONE NUMBER to call. (The correct number is able to be found on the internet easily, I am just not very smart)
When you call the number they send, it tells you the number doesn't exist.
I had to take a bus up to the place, and then walk uphill in the dark with my luggage for about 20 minutes.
They give you a convenient book that tells you the Bus station information desk can call them. But they didn't send this information in the 3 messages they send you. But they do give you the wrong phone number twice. They should include this information in this email as it will help a lot.
This problem made my experience quite stressful. But it is something they can easily fix. So I still recommend this place. I particularly recommend this place with larger groups, as the cabins are spacious. They are cleaned well, and the kitchen is very convenient for cooking. The bathtubs were good, and the water was nice and hot!! Very hot water, I'm very happy with that.

The cottages are a bit off the road, but they have a shuttle bus that can bring you to town and pick you up. The lady at the front desk was not very flexible when it came to the shuttle bus arrangements, but when we talked to the diver directly, everything was absolutely no problem at all. The cottages are nice and spacious, and well equipped. The best part was however that we could watch the sunrise at Mt. Fuji fright from our balcony! Absolutely stunning!

The room was very large and had 2 floors, which we can choose either to sleep on normal single bed or futon. It also had two restrooms which was good if you travel with the group.
The hotel served us simple breakfast with breads, veggie soup, juices & coffee at the room which was very nice although it was a bit too much for us.
A few cons here would be the location of each room which is uphill and it wasn't pleasant to drag all heavy luggage to the room while check out time was a bit too early compared to other hotels we stayed.

Entire house comfortable, modern and well equipped. Only 2 Western-style beds (beds) and the rest in futon mattresses (no problem for me, but it may be the case for others). Beautiful view of Mount Fuji and the lake. Points of disappointment: - Contact via a stupid AI worthy of the SNCF which provides no information not on the site, no real contact page (& not possible via Booking) - We were asked for a little more than 10 euros more to the arrival for heating or electricity (?), it does not change the order of magnitude but it was not reported before, which is a bit cavalier. - The BBQ is only allowed until 9 p.m. (it must be finished at this time): This is very early for a vacation spot, especially for Westerners who are used to hanging around the fire a lot later…
