I feel a bit pricey may due to Onsen facilities & its location that’s just across the lake. Good location, room is nice comfy clean & spacious.
Good breakfast, staff are very friendly & helpful.
We happened to be there, there was an evening of festival & fireworks… an unforgettable eventful night!!!

Overall, the stay in the hotel is great.
There are 2 hot spring in the hotel. The one at the root top is better than the basement one. More relaxing.
You can see Mt. Fuji at the 7/F.
Location of the hotel is great too. Walking distance to the pier and gondola.
The breakfast and dinner is delious. We stay 2 nights and have different set of breakfast and dinner each day.

The location was nearby the station and they had a shuttle bus to pick you up and drop you off the station. I was happy that they had vegetarian meal for my boyfriend, that was great! He loved the breakfast and experience there

Great location in front of the lake Kawaguchiko. Impressive dinner and breakfast. Lawson is around the corner. Will definitely be back again.

Was assigned a lake facing room which was wonderful! There’s a small roof terrace with Mt Fuji view. Hotel also provide station pick up and dropoff. The room itself was quite small and toilet cramp, and furniture/ bedsheets are showing signs of ageing. Breakfast was a set rather than buffet style.
