We booked a two-bedroom presidential suite. We arrived at 5 PM. The butler was waiting at the door. They helped us with our luggage, then took a form to fill out in the room. After receiving the key, everything was fine. 🔑 Check-in was a breeze. The room was absolutely lovely, and the kids loved it. I was a little nervous after seeing a few negative reviews, but then I figured it would only be a one-time mistake. When we got to the hotel, I was immediately captivated by the courtyard-style layout at the entrance. 😍😍😍😍😍😍 I loved it even more once I entered the room. I regret not booking dinner at the hotel. I'll definitely have dinner there next time I stay longer. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise. Each room has its own private dining room, which is very private.

This was a booking that really affected the experience. There were only two rooms left, so our group of 12 people booked two villas, thinking that there would be no problem staying there, because the beds inside showed that we could also stay there. However, before checking in, we saw the email sent by the hotel to confirm the number of people, so we told them the number of people, and ended up adding a huge fee. The child who just turned 12 was charged an additional fee of 4,000 RMB, and the other children were also charged accordingly. So we paid the difference of 30,000 RMB. After checking in, one of the villas was completely newly renovated, and it smelled very strong, so it was impossible for the children to sleep in it. We asked the staff, and the staff was an Indian, who was quite honest, and told me We were shocked because the renovation was just completed a month ago. No wonder there was such a strong smell. So we asked the manager to feedback and solve the problem, but there was no room to change and no refund, and no discount. The room rate for our two buildings combined was nearly RMB 50,000 per night. It was such a bad experience. Fortunately, Ctrip's attitude was relatively good in the end, so we let it go, but we would like to tell everyone not to stay in this hotel again. It was very small, and it just connected the best rooms in our two buildings, but it was built in the parking lot, and the sound insulation was very poor. There was not even a connecting wall, only a fence. I wrote so much to inform the guests who will book again to avoid spoilers. I am satisfied with Ctrip's attitude.
